We are a fast-growing marketing and revops agency seeking a reliable and detail-oriented sales lead to join our team. We help unlock rapid measurable growth for companies in B2B and Impact-Driven teams across Health, Fintech, Ecotech, Edtech, Transportation and AI.

We bring together growth marketing, web platforms, outbound, content, revops and creative expertise into a single cohesive team augmented with robust data analytics and AI tech.

As a Sales Lead at Delverise, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented and passionate small but mighty team, collaborate with clients across various industries, and contribute to the success and growth of our agency. You will be able to work independently and make important creative decisions on a daily basis. We're looking for someone who can get the job done without a micro manager.

At the core, the ideal candidate is biased towards action and has an “I’ll figure it out” mentality. We’re a small team, and every person has a massive impact on the growth of the business. Our team is small, young, and we're proud of our flat organizational structure where everyone takes ownership of their work.

This role is ideal for self-starters, careers changers, ex-founders and seasoned sales executive looking to leverage their expertise to contribute to the success of our organization.

The sales lead will work closely with the founder and other key stakeholders, and be generally responsible for:

Lead and Revenue Generation

  • Building our outbound strategy & machine - generating meetings + pipeline through cold call, cold email, etc. — significant volume of dialing (50-75 a day) and creative, research-driven outbound! You are constantly iterating on new messaging & strategies to engage prospects
  • Social selling via LinkedIn (posting thoughtful, non-GPT generated content 2-3 times a week) for our brand
  • Deeply multi-threading, using information learned & developing a POV to engage VPs &department leaders
  • Be involved with preparing, managing, and progressing deals (ex. multi-threading, demo preparation, call review, etc.).
  • Take ownership of the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize revenue streams.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
  • Proactively seek opportunities in key market segments aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for growth marketing services via inbound & outbound tactics to generate and qualify leads, ultimately driving them into an active deal cycle.
  • Have a deep understanding of what it takes to position and sell Delverise. You know the agency’s capabilities, model, and culture inside and out and can speak about everything fluently, charismatically, and authentically.

Lead Engagement & Deal Cycle Management

  • Provide rapid and relevant responses to lead inquiries, ensuring a high level of engagement.
  • Deeply understand business needs, pain points, and motivations of leads to effectively communicate and deliver solutions.
  • Fully manage the deal cycle from opportunity to close.
  • Lay the groundwork for a positive relationship, championing Delverise and making sure they love and trust us.

Internal

  • Review and refine materials, processes, and strategies, helping to ensure agency service to BD material cohesiveness and new business department optimization.
  • Maintain an effective sales pipeline with utmost data hygiene, managing all stages from lead generation to closure.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for differentiation to strategically position our agency as the top choice in the market.
  • Implement effective sales processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency, and memorialize them into a comprehensive sales playbook.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track and analyze sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining open lines of communication.

Requirements

  • Proactive + personable personality
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the digital marketing or agency industry.
  • Able to take the reins and lead, but you are also a team player with a deep love for collaboration.
  • Client-facing experience and enthusiasm to be a Delverise ambassador to the marketing community, leads, and potential clients – representing the company knowledgeably and charismatically.
  • Strong desire to hustle, solve problems, and make things happen
  • Keen to learn new technologies and platforms. Capable of quickly adopting and implementing emerging tools and technologies.
  • Proficient in the use of AI tools
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to sell and scope for solutions – from creative to digital strategy to website, media, martech and intelligence solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience working remotely or in a distributed team is a plus.

  • Ambitious - driving revenue and building a generationally valuable company are both incredibly motivating to you

  • We collaborate on Slack
  • We run our company on Google Suite
  • We manage tasks through Clickup
  • We send emails through Instantly and Smartlead
  • We use Clay to build sophisticated outbound  lead gen campaigns (bonus if you have experience using Clay)

Compensation

We have two compensation structures available

Option 1: $2000/mo base + Commission (OTE $125K annually).

Option 2: Commission only (OTE $150K min annually) with potential for top performers to make $200K+
