Effective August 8, 2026

This page explains what information delverise collects on delverise.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you give us through forms, we measure how the site is used so we can improve it, and we never sell your information to anyone.

What we collect

  • Information you submit. If you fill out a form on this site, we collect what the form asks for, such as your name, email, and company.
  • Usage information. Like most websites, we use standard analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate.

How we use it

  • To respond when you reach out. That is the whole point of the forms.
  • To send updates you signed up for. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing works.
  • To improve the site.
  • To keep the site secure and running.

Service providers

We rely on established third-party providers for things like hosting and analytics. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms, and none of them is permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Cookies

The site uses cookies and similar browser storage for analytics and small functional preferences. You can clear or block these in your browser settings at any time, and the site keeps working.

What we never do

  • We never sell your information.
  • We never share form submissions with third parties for their marketing.
  • We never add you to an email list you did not sign up for.

Retention and your choices

We keep form submissions for as long as we have a business reason to, such as an active conversation or engagement. If you want the information you submitted accessed, corrected, or deleted, ask and we will do it. Reach us through the form at delverise.com/demo and note that it is a privacy request, or reply to any email we have sent you.

Changes

If our data practices change, this page changes with them, along with the effective date at the top.
